Equitrac Office, Equitrac's next generation accounting server, is an advanced network document accounting solution that enables companies to monitor, measure and manage all network document output.

Designed to easily install on your company's existing servers, Equitrac Office remotely monitors all print servers on the network from a single location. Equitrac Office provides server and desktop print tracking capabilities, as well as a single-line pop-up to allow cost recovery.

Client Billing
For the basic cost recovery user, Client Billing provides a single-line pop-up and a billable check box to provide ease of use to the end user while ensuring that all document output is billed, thus adding to the bottom line. When a document is printed or copied, the user must enter an account code for tracking purposes, enabling bill back to the customer.

Desktop Printing
Locally attached desktop printers are often an enormous unmanaged, untracked cost. The desktop printing option enables Equitrac Office to gather the data associated with these prints and manage these costs.

MyPrint Secure Printing
The MyPrint module holds the document at the print server and allows the user to release the document when they arrive at the device, ensuring that unauthorized users cannot read or remove confidential documents. Also, if the device is busy, the user can “pull” the document to a similar device nearby and receive it without having to wait.

Macintosh Services
Equitrac Office can also enable authenticated printing and cost recovery on Macintosh workstations. Compatibility available from Mac OS 8.5 to Mac OS X.2

Additional Servers
Additional servers allow for expansion of Equitrac Office to as many devices and print servers as you require. Add-on server licences enable you to connect additional print servers or copy control servers to an Equitrac Office installation over LAN or WAN links: Equitrac Office will grow with your company.
